As a clinical social worker, Elizabeth approaches all clients from a biopsychosocial perspective. Recognizing that human development is complex, non-linear, and dynamic; she believes the same is true of our paths to healing and wellness. She takes an individualized, relational approach with clients and, as a result, clients experience positive shifts in multiple areas of their lives. Elizabeth has training and experience working in a variety of settings, with a diverse population of clients. She is committed to empowering others through improved self-awareness and a more integrated way of moving through the world. Elizabeth’s direct, but compassionate and collaborative approach supports performance enhancement, stress management, problem solving, and mental flexibility. Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing in Los Angeles and Long Beach for 22 years. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, and received a Masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California. Currently, Elizabeth sees clients all over California via telehealth.
